Returns Policy

Returns allowed on any Full Priced items. The customer will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the product to us within 30 days of purchase. All shoes must be returned in original condition, unworn and unmarked; in original packaging. You will need to contact us to arrange the return.

If you would like to try a different size, colour or even a different shoe, place your order for the new shoe as soon as possible to ensure they are available and then follow the returns process (above) to return your unwanted pair for a refund.

 

In Store Returns

Where possible we recommend you take advantage of our FREE in store returns. Our store team will be more than happy to help you with your return on the spot and assist you with finding an alternative to completely satisfy your needs. Remember to take your tax invoice with you as proof of purchase (a copy on your smart phone will do).

 

Returns by Mail

If returning to store isn't the most convenient option for you, we've made returning by post as painless as possible. See these simple steps below.

  • Contact our Customer Service team via phone or email. (ADD EMAIL & PHONE)
  • Our Customer Service team will then give you return instructions including where to send your items.
  • When we receive your items, they're inspected and then your exchange/refund is promptly processed.
  • If there are any issues with your return (like they don't meet the criteria above), we'll be in touch.

We aim to have all mail returns processed within 7 days.
